If you enjoy cycling but are not so keen on being part of a road cycling training group where the aim is to build speed and endurance,  the Penzance Group may well be for you.  As a sub-group of Cornwall CTC (and part of Cycling UK) the aim will be to explore the local countryside at a pace which is comfortable for all participants.  This is why Andy will shape the ride to suit those who join him on a Sunday – if 10 miles is your maximum, he will accommodate that.  Equally,  if you are happy to spend longer out on the ride, he will make sure you get a good ride. The social side is important too and it should be possible to chat with your fellow cyclists both on the ride and at the cafe stop.
