IMPORTANT UPDATE

Due to family circumstances, the Special General Meeting has been postponed to Friday 10th November at 7pm. An email invitation will be sent out to members shortly.

The revised meeting details are:

A Special General Meeting is to be held on Friday 10th November 2023 at 7pm on Zoom to formalise the dissolution procedure.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the closure of the member group which will proceed unless there are sufficient members willing to form a new committee.

All Cornwall members of Cycling UK are welcome to attend however only full members (not affiliated) can vote or hold office.
